Meet Oliver Smith

I'm Oliver, and I have a serious sweet tooth with a side of curiosity. I've always been the guy at the potluck bringing the dessert no one has heard of but everyone loves. I love traveling through taste, finding inspiration in floral extracts, childhood nostalgia, and international sweets. For me, baking is partly science, partly art, and entirely about bringing joy to others.
