Ingredients:
- 2 Liters Lemon-Lime Soda (Sprite or 7-Up), chilled
- 64 oz Raspberry Lemonade, chilled
- 12 oz Pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 Quart Raspberry Sherbet
- 2 cups fresh raspberries, frozen
- 2 medium limes, thinly sliced into rounds
Instructions:
- In a large punch bowl (minimum 2-gallon capacity), combine the chilled raspberry lemonade and pineapple juice. Stir gently to incorporate.
- Slowly pour the chilled lemon-lime soda down the inner side of the bowl to preserve maximum carbonation. Stir once, very gently, with a long spoon.
- Using an ice cream scoop, place 10–12 large spheres of raspberry sherbet across the surface of the liquid to create the signature froth.
- Scatter the frozen raspberries and lime slices over the top as functional garnishes to keep the drink cold without dilution.
