Ingredients:

  • 2 Liters Lemon-Lime Soda (Sprite or 7-Up), chilled
  • 64 oz Raspberry Lemonade, chilled
  • 12 oz Pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 Quart Raspberry Sherbet
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries, frozen
  • 2 medium limes, thinly sliced into rounds

Instructions:

  1. In a large punch bowl (minimum 2-gallon capacity), combine the chilled raspberry lemonade and pineapple juice. Stir gently to incorporate.
  2. Slowly pour the chilled lemon-lime soda down the inner side of the bowl to preserve maximum carbonation. Stir once, very gently, with a long spoon.
  3. Using an ice cream scoop, place 10–12 large spheres of raspberry sherbet across the surface of the liquid to create the signature froth.
  4. Scatter the frozen raspberries and lime slices over the top as functional garnishes to keep the drink cold without dilution.
