Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) frozen peach slices
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp (42g) honey

Instructions:

  1. Place the frozen peach slices into the food processor. Pulse in short bursts until the peaches are broken down into small, pea-sized crumbs.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to the processor. Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until the mixture reaches a velvety, uniform, and glossy consistency.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Freeze for 2 hours for a scoopable texture, stirring once every 30 minutes to maintain aeration.
