Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (226g) Unsalted Butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (170g) Raw Honey
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) Fine Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp (2g) Ground Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Place softened butter in a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed for 1 minute until pale and smooth.
  2. Lower the mixer speed and slowly add 1/4 tsp fine sea salt, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
  3. Slowly drizzle in 1/2 cup (170g) raw honey while the mixer is running on low.
  4. Increase the mixer speed to high and whip for 2–3 minutes until the mixture doubles in volume and looks like stiff whipped cream.
  5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a silicone spatula to ensure no honey pockets remain at the bottom.
  6. Give the mixture one final 30-second whip on high speed until shimmering and light.
  7. Spoon the whipped mixture into a clean glass jar or a ramekin.
  8. Let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
