Ingredients:
- 1 cup (226g) Unsalted Butter, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup (170g) Raw Honey
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) Fine Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp (2g) Ground Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Place softened butter in a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed for 1 minute until pale and smooth.
- Lower the mixer speed and slowly add 1/4 tsp fine sea salt, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
- Slowly drizzle in 1/2 cup (170g) raw honey while the mixer is running on low.
- Increase the mixer speed to high and whip for 2–3 minutes until the mixture doubles in volume and looks like stiff whipped cream.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a silicone spatula to ensure no honey pockets remain at the bottom.
- Give the mixture one final 30-second whip on high speed until shimmering and light.
- Spoon the whipped mixture into a clean glass jar or a ramekin.
- Let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
